Classes up to high school suspended
in Baler, Aurora due to bad weather

Baler-AuroraClasses up to high school were suspended for Monday, June 27, in Baler town in Aurora province due to anticipated bad weather from Tropical Depression Ambo.

The Department of Education said the suspension of classes for the day applied to kindergarten to high school.

Ambo made landfall over Aurora before dawn Monday and weakened into a low-pressure area.

But the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration warned warned residents of Northern and Central Luzon and Rizal and Quezon provinces the LPA may still bring occasional moderate to heavy rain that may trigger flash floods and landslides. MC
