The eastern section of the country may experience isolated rain on Thursday, April 21, the Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) said on Wednesday afternoon, April 20.
Pagasa’s 5 p.m. bulletin said this was due to the warm winds still affecting the eastern section of the country.
For Thursday, Pagasa said Metro Manila and the rest of the country may expect partly cloudy to cloudy skies.
Also, Pagasa said moderate to strong winds from the east to southeast would prevail over the eastern sections of the country and its coastal waters would be moderate to rough.
Elsewhere, winds will be light to moderate from the east to northeast with slight to moderate seas.
