Congresswoman Leni Robredo of Camarines Sur won the hearts of netizens when a photo of her waiting for a bus in Magallanes went viral in social media networking site Facebook over the weekend.

The wife of the late Jesse Robredo was on her way home to Naga City when her friend Keisha Castillo took the picture. Robredo was waiting for a Naga-bound bus in Magallanes Shell Station.

Caption: Yes, that is definitely me. Taken by Keisha del Castillo at the Magallanes Shell Station as I was waiting for my bus last night. Keisha brought me there from McKinley Hill in Taguig after I delivered my Freedom Speech for FNF. Definitely my worst angle but can’t resist posting. Nakakatawa lang. Parang nag alsa -balutan at naglayas ang drama 🙂

Many netizens expressed admiration on the congresswoman’s ‘humility’.

Some even joked that they will be campaigning for Robredo if ever she chooses to run for a higher position in the government.

The congresswoman’s picture reached almost 14,000 likes and 2,000 shares in Facebook as of this posting.
