For a little over the equivalent of P28,000, you can soon own the Samsung Galaxy View, the Korean electronics giant’s upcoming 18.4-inch tablet.
Android-oriented website Phandroid.com said short-lived posts on the websites of Adorama and B&H Photo indicated the tablet’s 32GB variant may cost $600.
Despite the whopping size, the tablet is still cheaper than the $800 tag of Apple’s 12.9-inch iPad Pro 32GB.
A separate report on GSMArena said the display boasts a FullHD resolution with a density of about 120ppi, and a 1.6GHz Exynos 7580 SoC.
It added the tablet may have 2GB RAM and expandable 32GB storage, along with a 2.1-megapixel front-facing camera with FullHD video recording.
The tablet also supports quad-band 3G and Cat.6 LTE, and a WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, along with Bluetooth v4.1 and GPS with A-GPS and GLONASS.
GSMArena likewise listed a “modest” 5,700mAh battery that Samsung claims is good for 8.5 hours of video playback.
